I’ve known Joel for more than 5 years. At first when i got to know him, i was skeptical about him helping me with my policies because i have a perception that financial consultants are always very aggressive. As time passed, i got to know more about him & found that he is not the typical financial consultant that is very pushy. He will explain & give examples of the past records of the policies and if i still don’t feel comfortable buying, he won’t force me to buy. Not every meeting ended up with me signing up.
However, despite this, he continues to follow up with me at times to see if i have any question on the policies, or for example investments because i don’t take risk & neither do I believe in investments. He always explains, share with me his investment concepts & show me graphs of the past investments to prove his concept. After a few times of looking into graphs & market trends, i finally decided heed Joel’s advise to invest.
After i invested, I realised it has helped me to improve my knowledge of investment & at the same time, my investments with Joel has made quite good returns and through this experience, it has cemented what Joel had spoke to me about. Over the years, we have had more than our fair share of accidents and medical issues given how we have 3 young children. Thanks to Joel, I feel that my family and I are sufficiently covered in terms of medical protection as well as have a decent investment portfolio especially for our children.
